Jinung Beigabup to Denmark

5.50am woke up to the sound of birds not smoring then packed up the tent by 6.30am and the guys were still in bed in the hut. But the air mattress I could hear is really loud.

Poridge and sultanas and a cup or two of tea for breaky.

Left at 7.30am

After packing up I decided to wait for the 3 guys to leave and then I got the drone up for some video.

It was then a stepp downhill single track before hitting some gravel roads with adjoining farmland. One had about 20 Kanagaroos just enjoying a feed.

Some bituman and then left towards the equestrian centre along a dirt road before some more bituman and my first Blue Gum forest.

You then go along Osborne Road which had recently been burnt. This appeared to be the start of the old railway line. Once again a cop car comes past obviously not appearing to be working on crime, more of a tour of the countryside. As you came to the South Coast Road they have a trail alongside the road which was great then a little lost but back on to the William Bay Road, a bituman to the beach and William Bay National Park. I had seen photos of Greens Pool and thought how fantastic it was but the sun wasn't out to day so the water was not as good as it could have but could picture it in the summer being beautiful with its white sand and rocks.

Then its a bike and walking bituman path generally along the top of the coast but some in the valleys which was good as the rain , wind was blustering  across the Indian Ocean today.

Then its more of a walking path(bituman or hard dirt)  up past the wind turbines (this is a new redirection as the old used to follow a railway line, which the 3 other guys were going to do today) finally and then I can see houses and town but it appears closer than it really was. Squally showers and some hiker bike short sections.

Down the hill to Beach road and a thousand black swans in the Wilsons inlet.  Just before town there's a railway line track on the right that takes me right to the caravan park, which the 3 guys told me about.

I arrived at 1.15pm. I stay at the caravan park and am the only tent there near the kitchen and recharge the electronics, have lunch at the shop there then walk into town for resupply and check out the town. I don't need much as Ive got one more day but seem to come out of there with lots of food.

Back to the caravan park and chill out watching the pelican and guys in there small boats heading out into the inlet. This is another place for kayaking as well.

The trail goes right near hear across the bridge for tomorrow.
